Police Departments:

Chico PD: No documents. Update (2003): No new documents

Gridley PD (2002): No documents

Oroville PD (2002): District Attorney's "Guidelines for Peace Officers" and "Guidelines for Patients." Update (2003): No new documents

Paradise PD (2002): No documents, all cases referred to DA for review. Update 10/10/03: "DA will write all guidelines on Proposition 215; patient needs a valid recommendation and must have less than 6 plants or 1 pound of medical marijuana."
